- the service you are interested in and the content of your message.
To prevent spam, our system also records the sender’s IP address in hashed form, together with the time of submission.

Data from the contact form is used only to contact you about the question or consultation request you sent. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Storage and security
- Form messages are sent to TCANS’s official email inbox and are not stored in a website database.
- IP records used for spam prevention are stored temporarily and deleted automatically.
- We keep correspondence for as long as needed to follow up on your request.
4. Cookies and analytics
Our website currently does not use tracking cookies or analytics services. Your language preference is stored in your own browser (localStorage) and is not sent to our servers. If we use analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.
5. Third-party services
This website contains links to WhatsApp and LinkedIn. When you use those services, your data is handled according to each provider’s own privacy policy.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you have sent us by contacting info@tcans.id. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time.
